Chanel created MotherStrong from her own experience of motherhood, understanding just how much energy, strength and love it takes to show up for your family every single day. She believes the best way to care for those you love is to first make sure you're consistently taking care of yourself

Choose the stage that best describes your current season: Pregnancy, Recently Postpartum, or Mum of children aged 3+. Your email sequence and next steps can then be tailored around that stage.
For mums focused on body composition, calorie and macro support can be very useful because it gives clarity. The aim is education and confidence, not obsession or restriction.
